Suzanne Molloy Pedevillano

Suzanne has more than 25 years of accounting, finance and operational experience. She began her career at KPMG Peat Marwick as a CPA. After KPMG, she spent several years as the corporate controller of a publicly-traded manufacturing company.

Suzanne also worked at Argus Management Corporation serving as Interim Controller or CFO at a variety of clients who were experiencing extreme financial distress. In participating in the turnaround of these companies, Suzanne has created complex financial models, successfully navigated through severe cash constraints and was intimately involved in the operations of the companies.

Suzanne joined VE Advisors in 2005 where she has provided interim controller and CFO services for numerous clients in a variety of high-tech industries. Her experience includes creating financial forecasts and modeling, monthly financial reporting, audit preparation, due diligence, banking relationship management, and process definition and control.

Cindy Crowley

Ms. Crowley has over 20 years’ experience in Financial and Accounting Management. She has provided CFO services to emerging growth high tech start-ups and financially challenged companies. In addition to providing day to day finance and accounting operations, she has provided fund raising, crisis cash flow management, audit preparation, due diligence and acquisition transition.

Prior to joining VE Advisors Ms Crowley worked for Argus Management Corporation specializing in interim crisis management, financial restructuring services, bankruptcy, and liquidation management. Cindy’s experience at Argus ranged from the raising capital and financial management of a small family owned candle company to the $130M liquidation of Converse, Inc.

Cindy’s career also includes the Director of Finance / Controller at high tech companies including Wellfleet Communications, Bay Networks, Argon Networks, Unisphere Solutions, Astral Point Communications and Alcatel. During these years, her experience included finance, accounting and ERP system lead of 9 mergers and acquisitions. Cindy’s hands on management style, attention to detail and practical business experience have resulted in maximizing value of companies at any stage in a corporate life cycle.

Cindy is a qualified ERP instructor from her time at Copley Consulting. She has completed over 10 implementations of Siteline’s ERP system at various manufacturing companies. In addition, she implemented Quickbooks and other accounting systems for clients.

Charlie Hauck

At VE Advisors, Charlie has worked as a controller to support clients through over $75M worth of private capital raises across various tech industries including SaaS, 3d printing, robotics, data storage and semiconductor design. Charlie specializes in financial modeling with a focus on developing models that plainly articulate past business performance and future business expectations in a way that investors and business decision makers rely on to make business and investing decisions.  These models become critical tools for hosting a substantive dialogue between the management and their investors so that all parties involved have a clear understanding of the business' past performance and future expectations. 

Charlie’s other responsibilities have included managing our clients budgeting and financial reporting processes, supporting or training our clients in-house accounting personnel and providing support throughout the audit and tax preparation processes.

Prior to VE Advisors, Charlie acquired experience in both tax and audit preparation at Morris & Morris, P.C.  where his client base consisted mainly of private equity, rental real estate and construction clients. Charlie attended the University of Massachusetts, Amherst where he graduated from the Isenberg School of Management with a BS degree in Accounting. 

Sara Dunleavy

Sara has more than 20 years of experience in financial management. She has provided hands on support in finance, accounting, HR, and operations to early and growth stage technology companies across multiple industries.

Sara has been with VE Advisors since 2017. Prior to that she held the position of Controller, Director of Finance & Administration and VP of Finance at companies including Wellfleet Communications/Bay Networks, Argon Networks/Unisphere Solutions, Reva Systems and Philo. During her finance career, she has played an integral part in an IPO, merger and acquisitions as well as supporting and providing due diligence for over ten rounds of equity financing.

Sara is also experienced in accounting system/ERP implementation, expense control, audit preparation, facility and move planning, negotiation of venture debt and equipment financing, as well as financial modeling.
