Paul has over 25 years of high tech experience and is the founder of VE Advisors. He has held the positions of CEO, COO, CFO and VP-level roles in Sales, Business Development and Manufacturing.

• Negotiated a financial settlement to employee workplace litigation action
• Renegotiated master leases with landlords for downsizing clients
• Negotiated the return of previously purchased equipment to vendors
Suzanne has over 20 years of accounting, finance and operational experience. She began her career at KPMG Peat Marwick as a CPA. After KPMG, she spent several years as the corporate controller of a publicly traded manufacturing company.
Suzanne also worked at Argus Management Corporation serving as Interim Controller or CFO at a variety of clients who were experiencing extreme financial distress. In participating in the turnaround of these companies, Suzanne has created complex financial models, successfully navigated through severe cash constraints and was intimately involved in the operations of the companies.
Suzanne joined V E Advisors in 2005 where she has provided interim controller and CFO services for numerous clients in a variety of high tech industries. Her experience includes creating financial forecasts and modeling, monthly financial reporting, audit preparation, due diligence, various operational analyses, and ERP system implementation.
Ms. Crowley has 20 years experience in Financial and Accounting
Management. With VE Advisors, she has provided interim finance
management and accounting services to emerging growth high tech start
ups and financially challenged companies. In addition to providing day
to day finance and accounting operations, she has provided crisis cash
flow management, audit preparation, due diligence and acquisition
Prior to joining VE Advisors, Ms Crowley worked for Argus Management
Corporation specializing in interim crisis management, financial
restructuring services, bankruptcy, and liquidation management.
Cindy’s experience at Argus ranged from the raising capital and
financial management of a small family owned candle company to the
$130M liquidation of Converse, Inc.
Cindy career also includes the Director of Finance / Controller at
high tech companies including Wellfleet Communications, Bay Networks,
Argon Networks, Unisphere Solutions, Astral Point Communications and
Alcatel. During these years, her experience included finance,
accounting and ERP system lead of 9 mergers and acquisitions. Cindy’s
hands on management style, attention to detail and practical business
experience have resulted in maximizing value of companies at any stage
in a corporate life cycle.
Cindy is a qualified ERP instructor from her time at Copley
Consulting. She has completed over 10 implementations of Siteline’s
ERP system at various manufacturing companies. In addition, she
personally implemented Quickbooks inventory for a client of VE
